Vegan Avocado Dip

Avocado Dip. Quick, easy and SO versatile. Spread it onto a BLT, dollop onto sautéed vegetables, eggs or quinoa. This tastes good on everything!
Avocado's are an amazing fruit. Considered a healthier fat, they are rich in Vitamin E, Vitamin K, B Vitamins, Potassium and Fiber. Their nutty taste and silky texture make them a delicious addition to any meal.
INGREDIENTS
Start to Finish: 10 minutes
Makes: 3 cups
2-1/2 cups avocado, peeled and seeds removed
1/2 cup Vegan Sour-Cream
4 cloves Roasted Garlic
2 tbsp chives, minced
2 tsp fresh lime juice
salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
In a food processor, combine avocado, vegan sour-cream, garlic, chives and lime juice. Blend well.
Season with salt & pepper to taste.
